Peggy O'Neill Journal Publications
Peggy O’Neill recently had three journal articles published based in interdisciplinary collaborative projects she has been working on with colleagues from Loyola and other universities. With engineering colleagues Raenita Fenner, Elliot Douglas (University of Florida), and Kerrie Douglas (Purdue University), she published “A Depth of Study Analysis on First-Year Engineering Quantitative Literacy Tasks” in the International Journal of Engineering Education 41(6), 2025. With Loyola colleagues Nicole Reibe, Jason Q. Zhang, Elizabeth Kennedy, Kelly Keane, and Elliot King, all members of a Loyola Digital Teaching Fellows cohort, she published. “Generative AI and the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm,” in the journal Jesuit Higher Education 14 (2), 2025. And with English Professor Kathy Forni, she published “The Great Reckoning: Connecting the Humanities to Career Readiness,” in the South Atlantic Review, Spring/Summer 2025 issue.
