Absolution

Take your workout back to the core! Absolution is the 20 minute kick in the stomach that will build core strength in the six-pack, obliques, lower back and hip flexors. Add this class to your regular workout and feel it transform your body.

Ball Pilates

Not just your average Pilates class, Ball Pilates utilizes stability balls to help build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. This class, specially designed in-house, will challenge your body in new, exciting ways.

Barre

Using the spin bike as a ballet barre with a variety of other props, this full-body workout is designed to help you develop a strong core, toned arms, and firmer seat and thighs. Barre combines elements of Ballet, Fitness, and Pilates to create a challenging and fun way to sculpt your body, improve posture, and find balance.

Beginner Spin

A 45-minute workout perfect for beginner spinners. This workout is full of fun music and lots of good energy. Learn the basics of Spin while getting a great workout and having a blast!

Bootcamp

A safe and effective interval class that combines cardio and strength training. The class is designed to push you harder than you would ever push yourself, and because the workout is always changing, you will never plateau! This class will have you feeling empowered to reach your own personal health and fitness goals.

Butts & Guts Blast

This 20/20/20 format is super effective and fun! You can expect a thorough lower body, core, and cardio workout. Using a variety of exercises and equipment, this class will help you tone and tighten your glutes, flatten your abdominals, strengthen the back as well as provide a great cardio workout!

Cardio Kickboxing

This high intensity workout challenges everyone from beginner to elite athlete. Classes will consist of kickboxing combinations and interval training molded to your fitness journey. Come to class ready to burn calories, improve coordination and have a great time!

EmpowerMe Yoga

In collaboration with the Counseling Center, this class focuses on relieving mental tension and anxiety through techniques and exercise. Like traditional Yoga, overall balance and flexibility is still a strong emphasis of the class.

Lift

This is a choreographed strength training class that will challenge all the major muscle groups. Lift utilizes a barbell, step, plates, and dumbbells to strengthen and tone the entire body. High repetition and high energy make Lift both an effective and enjoyable class.

Power Spin

The spinning workout that maximizes calorie burn to hot music and intense instructors. This class involves sprints, jumps, hills, tap-backs, and even a free-weights track. Come ready for a challenge!

Rhythm & Bike

The fiercely fun 45-minute spinning workout you didn’t know you needed. Rhythm & Bike (R&B….see what we did there?) brings you the hottest mix of music to get you cycling and sweating harder than you ever thought you could! Beat-driven movements will have you leaving the gym transformed, all while building endurance and cardiovascular and muscular strength. Please arrive early to set up your bike and get ready to ride!

Signature Spin

Introducing …..A classic spin class featuring all of your favorite throwback hits! You will build endurance, increase your cardiovascular strength, and have a whole lot of fun in the process.

Yoga

The workout that builds flexibility and strength. Maintaining awareness and the focus on breath, you will move through traditional and contemporary yoga poses to stretch your body and calm your mind.

Zumba

It’s the original calorie-burning fitness-party that is moving millions of people toward the joy of health. The exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow Latin inspired program blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive.
