Publicize Your Program

Digital Signage

Residence Life & Housing can advertise events via the digital displays/TVs in Boulder and the Student Center. E-mail your AD to submit your signage for approval. Be prepared to upload a .pdf version of your signage along with date/time you want the publicity to be displayed.

Image restrictions:

• .pdf file
• Pixel dimensions should be 9:16 Portrait - 1080 x 1920
• No larger than 15 MB file size

Printing Services

Flyers, posters, banners, lawn signs, and more are all available. E-mail Neil Andrito and provide a detailed description of the types and quantities of printed materials you want.

Submit your requests working 5 days before you would like them in hand. Approval will be based on overall cost as well as the scope of the program (events open to your entire area or campus are more likely to be approved). If you have any questions, email Neil Andrito. Once approved, you will be emailed when your items are available to pick up in the main office (Seton 08B)
