Congratulations and welcome to Loyola! Below, you will find information on the steps you need to complete in order to successfully apply for on campus housing. The Office of Residence Life & Housing wants you and your family to have a positive move-in experience. Housing Application and Room Assignments

Find out more about the housing application and room assignment process at Loyola. This process begins before you arrive for summer orientation and continues until you receive your confirmation email with your room assignment, your roommates, and their contact information as well as information about move-in day.

Preparing to Move-In

Explore information on the move-in process: what to do before move-in, on move-in day, and after settling in on campus. You can also find information about where to purchase linens and refrigerator rentals, and information about the check-in schedule. In addition, you should review important housing dates for the upcoming school year and make plans with your family early for all break closings and openings.

After Move-In

Navigating campus life poses unique challenges for new students. Learning policies, procedures, getting involved on campus takes a lot of time and energy. Residence Life & Housing staff (including desk assistants, resident assistants and full-time staff) are available for support.
