ALEX Medicare: ALEX Medicare is just like ALEX, but for Medicare. A guided journey to help you make educated decisions when it comes to your Medicare options. ALEX Medicare supports you (and your loved ones) by breaking down your Medicare options through digestible modules, including information on Medicare eligibility, enrollment dates, coverage options, and costs.   

Cigna Transition and Support:  Call Cigna OneGuide at 1-800-Cigna24 for personalized guidance, support, help confirming your providers are in the OAP network, transitioning 90-day maintenance prescriptions, evaluating the medical plans, setting up mobile access, voluntary benefits, and much more.

When you are ready to enroll, follow these steps:
• Log on to InsideLoyola
• Scroll down to the Resources for Employees section and click on Benefit Enrollment
• Begin the enrollment process by following the on-screen instructions
• When you are finished be sure to sign out and close your browser
