What's New?

The 2024-2025 performance review process concluded in May. You can access a copy of your completed performance review via your Workday profile > Performance > Performance Reviews.

Loyola will be applying a cost of living increase (COLA) of 2% of base salary to all eligible regular employees' pay for 2026. Employees will see the new pay in the July 15, 2025 and July 18, 2025 paychecks.

Summer Fridays are Here!

In recognition of your contributions, the university will close at noon on Fridays from May 30th through August 8th (with the exception of June 20th).
