Before You Enroll
Newly hired or newly eligible employees who enroll during their initial enrollment period also have the opportunity to adjust their benefits during open enrollment for the upcoming plan year. Open enrollment is held annually for a 2-week period at the end of April through the first week of May. The Plan Year begins every July 1st and ends on June 30th.

coverage, including preventive care, specialist visits, hospital stays, and prescriptions.

Cigna Transition and Support: Call Cigna OneGuide at 1-800-Cigna24 for personalized guidance, support, help confirming
your providers are in the OAP network, transitioning 90-day maintenance prescriptions,
evaluating the medical plans, setting up mobile access, voluntary benefits, and much
more.
myCigna: Enrolled participants may access their medical benefits, download digital ID, track claims, complete wellness incentives, and much more.
