Position Schedule: 2025-26 academic year. Renumeration: Student compensation will be $18/hour for 11 hours per week. It will average out to about $7,680 for the academic year. Position Term: August 11, 2025 - May 15, 2026. Start date flexibility is possible at request. |

Scope and Responsibilities |
The position will support initiatives for CCSJ + YRI's student leadership cohorts including but not limited to its undergraduate student employees and fellowship recipients. The position will primarily support the CCSJ Assistant Director for Student Leadership & Development with implementing a holistic student support model. |
Position Duties |
1. Support France-Merrick scholars with community engagement placements and provide regular development opportunities on topics such as civic participation, place-based community engagement efforts and career readiness. 2. Support the recruitment, interview and selection efforts for the department's 2025-2026 undergraduate student intern team. 3. Assist with the implementation of a racial justice/anti-racism training model for the department's student leaders through administrative support. This can include but is not restricted to:
