Biography
Mark F. Hubbard is an Executive in Residence teaching topics in Management and Organizations, Law, Sustainability and Globalization. He's been teaching since 1997 and holds a BS from the University of Maryland; an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland, and a JD from the University of Maryland. He completed a 37-year career in public sector executive management and specialized in continuity of business operations, contingency planning, public-private partnerships, and general strategic planning and leadership.
