Biography
Professor Lyons has been teaching economics at Loyola University Maryland since 2013. Before joining Loyola, he worked for twenty-five years in the technology industry. Professor Lyons received a BA in Economics from New York University and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. His academic interests explore how markets shape competition, business strategy and the innovation process.
