Biography

Post-retirement from Loyola: Honored as Professor Emeritus at Loyola; The Keating Crawford Chair in International Business, Seton Hall University; Radcliffe Killam Distinguished Professor and founder of the PhD Program in International Business Management, Texas A&M International University.

Publications and Intellectual Contributions: Author of six books including the "Technology Transfer Trilogy" (Pergamon Press) and The United Nations and Transnational Corporations: From Codes of Conduct to Global Compact, in collaboration with John H. Dunning.  Author of dozens of scholarly articles in Journal of International Business and other academic journals.

Editorial Experience: Editor, International Trade Journal; Founding editor, Cyrus Chronicle Journal.

Awards: Recipient of two Best Paper awards (Academy of Management and University of Hawaii).

Professional Engagement: Consultant to various international organizations.
