Senior Sabbatical Leave
Senior Sabbatical Applications are due by 5 p.m. on the first Monday in October.
Faculty members applying for senior sabbatical leave are reminded that electronic copies of the application, as well as the required departmental letter of support, must be submitted electronically via the web form no later than 5 p.m. on the first Monday in October.
In preparing applications, faculty should consult the sabbatical leave guidelines and sabbatical application format. In addition, the departmental coverage form, is to be completed by the department chair and submitted online at the time of the application.
NOTE: Tenured full-time faculty members are eligible for sabbatical leave upon the satisfactory completion of five years in the service of the University since the academic year of the last sabbatical leave.
Faculty members are encouraged to carefully review the guidelines to be certain that they are familiar with all requirements.

Submit your Senior Sabbatical Activities report >>
A report on Sabbatical Activities that includes appropriate materials (such as drafts
of articles or manuscripts submitted for publication) is due 30 days after the start
of the semester in which the faculty member returns to full-time teaching. The report
should be submitted here as well as sent to your Dean and Department Chair.

Research Expense Funds
