Manager's Retreat
The Manager's Retreat is designed to empower all managers to effectively lead, increase engagement, and build a cohesive and thriving workforce in support of the strategic plan. Manager's Retreat occurs in two parts: one full-day in person session and one half-day virtual session. Sponsored by Human Resources and presented in partnership with various departments.

Building Bridges Across Maryland
The Building Bridges Across Maryland (BBAM) program for administrative support staff fosters professional and leadership development through collaboration between employees at Loyola University of Maryland, Goucher College, McDaniel College, Notre Dame of Maryland University, Towson University, the University of Baltimore, the University of Maryland Baltimore and the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Up to 5 individuals from each university are nominated by University leadership to participate for each annual cohort.
Compensation Study Implementation: Manager Overview
This training is designed for supervisors and will provide a overview of the full compensation study. Areas of focus include the review of compensation philosophy, introduction to job architecture, and overview of the new salary structure.

New Employee Orientation (NEO)
An engaging and detailed introduction to the University, Jesuit history, and opportunities to enhance your workplace experience. Sponsored by Human Resources and presented in partnership with various departments.
New hires are automatically invited to participate in NEO as part of the onboarding process.

Technology Training
The Employee Technology Training Center provides training for software applications and other technological tools used by the University's faculty, administrators, staff & affiliates including quick start guides, tips and tricks, and group training.
