Cindy Rohnacher is an incredible Program Assistant. As the welcoming voice in Facilities,
she expertly manages calls from students, staff, administrators, and parents, enters
service requests, and ensures work is directed to the right department. Known and
appreciated by colleagues across Facilities, Cindy is a go-to resource for help, guidance,
and problem-solving. She brings warmth and personality to the office with her festive
workspace and consistently goes above and beyond by proactively identifying issues
and elevating them to the appropriate leaders. Join us in thanking Cindy for her contibutions
to the Loyola community!

Recognize staff and administrators across the University! Nomination Window: Open until 2/5/2026 Nomination Form: AMDG website AMDG award winners will be recognized at the Maryland Day Convocation in March and receive $750 each.Approved States List
The list of states that Loyola employees workers to work from has been updated. Below is the updated policy . 1.7.1 Authorized Employment Locations Employment is currently authorized in the following states and jurisdictions: California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Requests to add additional states or jurisdictions must be submitted and approved prior to the initiation of a search.What's Happening?

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. King and his call to serve others and build beloved community. This day reminds us that meaningful change begins with everyday actions rooted in respect, equity, and service.
