As a courtesy to our students and to maintain continuity of care SHS can administer certain medications in our office. Students who have a current prescription from a prescribing provider may bring their medication to the office for administration by SHS staff.
To facilitate this process, the physician must first complete the Medication Administration form and be returned to SHS at least 3 days prior to the date the medication needs to be administered.
Appointments are required for medication administration and can be made by calling our office.
