Student Health Advisory Council
The Student Health Advocacy Council is a student-led campus organization dedicated to promoting health awareness, student wellbeing, and engagement in health-related initiatives across the Loyola community. The group works to amplify student voices on campus health and wellness topics while partnering with Student Health Services to support outreach, advocacy, education, and communication efforts. Through initiatives such as campus programming, peer education, podcasts, and health promotion campaigns, the council helps disseminate important health information, increase awareness of available resources and services, and foster a healthier, more informed campus community.
Student Support
The Student Health Center often collaborates with other services of the University in order to not only promote health, but also student success and engagement within the Loyola community.
Student Support and Wellness Promotion (SSWP)
SSWP helps to support students who face personal and substance use-related challenges. They help students with available resources and initiating collaborative relationships with community partners.
The Loyola Counseling Center
The Counseling Center provides group therapy and support groups as well as individual counseling services.
Disability and Accessibility Services (DAS)
Disability Support Services provides appropriate and reasonable support, accommodations, and necessary modifications so that students with disabilities may fully participate in all classes, programs and activities at Loyola.
Women’s Center
The Women’s Center is open to all members of the Loyola community, serving as a safe area where women’s issues may be freely discussed. They are dedicated to empowering women and men by educating the university and surrounding community on issues of gender equality.
