Loyola’s Sellinger School names Linda Bartlett executive in residence

Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management named Linda Bartlett as an executive in residence. Bartlett brings more than 40 years of experience in finance, business development, and accounting, including over 30 years in leadership and executive roles.

Executives in residence at Loyola’s Sellinger School are business practitioners who bring industry knowledge to the classroom. They represent a broad range of perspectives that enrich the academic experience by expanding career opportunities, business acumen, and networks for undergraduate and graduate students at Loyola.

Bartlett has held a wide range of accounting and finance positions throughout her career and most recently worked at the Pew Charitable Trusts as chief financial officer, where she managed an investment portfolio of more than $1 billion. She spent 20 years at Marriott International in various roles, including chief accounting officer, chief financial officer of international lodging and timeshare businesses, executive vice president of mergers and acquisitions, and executive vice president of global asset management.

She is a certified public accountant in Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and a Master of Science in finance from Loyola. Bartlett was an affiliate finance instructor at Loyola’s Sellinger School of Business and previously served for three years on the school’s board of sponsors. Time magazine recognized her among “People to Watch in International Business.”
