Online Scheduling

Support starts here! The Counseling Center offers many options for students seeking support beyond individual counseling. Explore resources and services that you can access today to begin your wellness journey. All Loyola undergraduate and graduate students can access free online mental health support with Togetherall, any time, any day.

Online scheduling is available for currently enrolled Loyola students, residing in Maryland, for the following appointment types:

Intake: first-time appointment for assessment and recommendations, which may include group counseling, workshops, brief individual counseling, and/or comprehensive referral support.

Let’s Talk: one-time, solution-focused appointment with a counselor to address a specific concern.

You may choose to schedule either an appointment as an in-person session in the Counseling Center, Humanities 150, or as a telehealth session via Zoom. All other appointments are scheduled by calling the Counseling Center at 410-617-2273.

NOTE: Please be aware your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you, and it is no longer available. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you call 410-617-2273 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. That appointment time will become available for another student seeking services.

If you are ill or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been recently exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, or tested positive for COVID-19, please call the Counseling Center prior to your appointment to discuss options for rescheduling or telehealth sessions.

Prior to your appointment you will receive an email with instructions to complete brief forms, and a Zoom link for a telehealth session. Forms must be completed prior to the start of your appointment and will be read by your clinician within 30 minutes of your appointment.

Online scheduling is not intended for emergency or crisis concerns. If you need immediate support, call the Counseling Center, at 410-617-2273 M-F 8:30am-5pm (EST). After-hours and weekends, call the After-Hours Crisis Line at 410-617-5530 or 911. You always get a live counselor, every single time after hours at 410-617-5530. But if the call volume is high that means you might wait a few minutes for the next available counselor. Do not hang up, your call is important and will be answered.

If you need assistance with scheduling, please call the Counseling Center at 410-617-2273. Learn more about our Emergency Support.
