Summer 2022 Course Registration & Online Learning Preparation

The Montessori graduate summer intensive classes will run July 6- August 17, 2022 and will be delivered remotely, with both synchronous (live) and asynchronous content.

Please carefully read through the details below regarding the courses and sections, then download and follow the instructions under the "How to Register" section of this page.

Summer Course Registration will be open April 8 until May 6 at 4:00pm EDT.

Those who register after May 6 will incur a late registration fee of $25.

Students in the AMI Concurrent M.Ed. program

 

Register for the following three courses by the May 7 deadline. Choose from any open section of each course below:

 

• ED.600 Foundations of Research in Education 
  • Choose between section W01 or W02. All other sections are restricted to other programs.
  • This course runs July 7 - August 5. July portion is synchronous; August portion is asynchronous.

• SE.761 Introduction to Special Education
  • Choose between section W01 or W02. All other sections are restricted to other programs.
  • This course runs July 6 - August 5. July portion is synchronous; August portion is asynchronous.

• ED.625 Montessori Capstone: Professional Learning Plan
  • Choose between section W01 or W02.
  • This course is asynchronous and runs July 6 - August 17.

Students in the Evergreen Online M.Ed.

 

Register for the following courses by the June 15 deadline. If you are completing the program part time and have questions about your schedule, please contact Greta (gabrueck@loyola.edu) or Carrie (cjhorwitz@loyola.edu) for registration guidance.

How to Register:

Log in to Inside Loyola and click on the Graduate Registration icon. (If you have any trouble logging in or have lost your credentials, please contact the Technology Help Desk at 410-617-5555 so that you can reset your password.)

Download and follow these detailed instructions in order to complete your registration through Self-Service Student Planning. If you have any questions, call 410-617-1590.

Payment

Tuition payment is due within 10 days after registration. A hold will be placed on your account if tuition is not received. Students should address any billing or payment questions to Deborah Donatelli in the Student Administrative Services Office (SAS). Don't Forget to Apply to Graduate!

Students completing their M.Ed. this summer must Apply to Graduate whether or not you plan to attend a walking ceremony. The application deadline for September graduation is June 1, 2022.

Disability Support

If you will need any kind of academic accommodations due to disability, please register with our Disability Support Services office as soon as possible and at least two weeks before the start of your summer classes.

Purchasing a Personal Computer

Loyola is partnered with Apple and Lenovo to provide special discounts on various products.

Microsoft Office 365

Students can access Microsoft Office 365 through https://office.loyola.edu/ and logging in with their Loyola username and password. After logging in, “Install Office” on the upper right-hand corner of the page and choose “Office 365 apps”.  Double click the installation file when the download is complete.  Your Office 365 subscription includes full access to apps for computers (Mac or PC), mobile devices (tablet or smartphone), and the web.
