General Business Minor

Students collaborating and professor at front of class

The Sellinger School offers minors to support the career and professional interests of students pursuing majors in arts and sciences. The 18-credit business minor is recommended for students seeking exposure to business concepts. Over the course of the minor, students will gain foundational knowledge of financial accounting, microeconomics, as well as exposure to business topics including, but not limited to, management, data analytics, information systems, and marketing.

The general business minor may also be of interest to students who later declare a major in business or wish to pursue the Loyola MBA (full-time or part-time). This minor is not available to students majoring in business administration or accounting.
