Flexible Pathway
The Educational Leadership Post-Master's Certificate in Administration and Supervision – Flexible Pathway provides you with licensure eligibility for Supervisor of Instruction, Assistant Principal, and Principal (formerly Administrator I and Administrator II) in Maryland when you already hold a master's degree, in as little as 2 years.
Completion Time of Flexible Pathway
The Flexible Pathways can be completed in as little as 2 years, but must be completed within 5 years.

Internship
Flexible Pathway students complete their internship after completing relevant coursework, typically during the second year (fall and summer semesters) of the program. The internship experience is completed at your current school setting/role.
