To withdraw from a course, a student must submit a Change of Registration Form to the Records Office or to the appropriate department office. A withdrawal from a graduate course is not official until the form has been properly approved and has the appropriate signatures. The student's permanent record will show a grade of W for a withdrawal. The record of any student who has received two or more W grades will be reviewed prior to the student's continuance in the program. Failure to comply with the official withdrawal procedure will result in a permanent grade of F.
