When will I receive my diploma?

  • Approximately 1-2 weeks after your degree conferral date, you will receive an email from info@credentialtrust.com to your Loyola email address with a link and instructions on how to download your digital diploma.
  • Approximately 1-2 weeks after your degree conferral date, you will receive an email from info@credentialtrust.com with tracking information for your printed diploma. All printed diplomas are mailed to the home address listed in Self-Service unless other arrangements have been made with the Loyola University Maryland Records Office prior to graduation.

Where is my diploma sent/mailed?

  • Information on how to download your digital diplomas is emailed to your Loyola email address approximately 1-2 weeks after your degree conferral date.
  • Printed diplomas are mailed to the home address listed in Self-Service unless other arrangements have been made with the Loyola University Maryland Records Office prior to graduation. Students will receive an email to their Loyola email account approximately a month before conferral with instructions on how to update their address or make other arrangements. If the home address is not updated/ a change of address is not arranged prior to the graduate’s conferral date, the student will have to arrange for a forwarding address or reorder a new diploma. Reorder fees apply.

Can I pick my diploma up at Loyola?

  • Yes, when you receive the email from the Records Office with information on your diploma mailing, there will be instructions on how to arrange for your printed diploma to be picked up at the Records Office.
  • When your diploma arrives on campus, we will send a message to your Loyola email. If someone other than yourself will pickup your diploma, we will need a note from your Loyola email giving permission to the specific person. Photo ID is required.

What name is printed on my diploma?

  • Your name is listed on your printed and electronic diploma exactly as you have indicated on your Application for Graduation.
  • We suggest that students who plan to live, study, or work outside the United States use their legal name on their diploma to avoid issues with verification of their educational record. If a student changes their diploma name and later needs a new diploma with their legal name, they will need to order a replacement digital and/or printed diploma. Reorder fees apply.
