Online Photo Submission

Fast and convenient!

The Online Photo Submission site is a wonderful tool to provide you with the convenience of submitting your Evergreen card picture online. You will avoid long lines and wasting time by uploading a passport style picture from the comfort of your home.

Once your Loyola email is assigned, make sure to keep an eye out for an email from Student Administrative Services with the subject "Loyola University Maryland ID Photo Submission".  Your Evergreen image can only be submitted using the link from this email.   Please note the submission deadline, and click the link at the bottom of the email.  The entire submission process is very fast and easy, however, the biggest issue that will delay your card or credential is your image not meeting standards.

Please use the links below for a review of US Passport Image Guidelines, and a comparison of images of that are accepted and rejected.

Terms and Conditions

I verify that the attached uploaded picture, to be used on my official Loyola University Maryland Evergreen Identification Card, and to identify me as a Loyola University Maryland student, is a true depiction of my personal image.

Identity Verification

During the online photo submission process, you’ll be asked to upload a photo of a secondary, government-issued ID to verify your identity. Please have an acceptable form ready: US/Territory Driver’s License or US/Foreign Passport. Please note that this government ID image is erased from the system as soon as your photo is reviewed. You will also need to present this secondary ID on move-in day in order to receive your Evergreen card.

I also agree to pay the $15 card replacement fee, if applicable.
