Payroll
The payroll office is a part of the department of financial services at Loyola University Maryland. We are responsible for paying more than 3,500 employees, including all of our students, faculty, administrators, and staff. The mission of this office is to ensure that all employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner, while meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements. Our staff is committed to upholding the Jesuit ideals of this institution and to provide excellent service to our community, while focusing on future process and service improvements.
Opt-in to receive your 2023 W-2 online
From Inside Loyola under Resources for Employees, select Employee Self-Service. After signing in, click on Tax Information. If you have not opted in/out previously to receive your W-2 in electronic format, you can change your preference here.
By opting-in you will have online access to your W-2 as soon as it is available (which will be announced in Loyola Today or by email) without having to wait for it to be mailed. It is secure and cost-effective for the University. By withholding your consent, you will not have online access to your W-2. Once you make your selection, click "Save."
To view your W2, click on the underlined link for that year. You must use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome to view the W2. If you are using another browser (Firefox or Safari) the form will appear blank. You can save the pdf to your computer and open it from Adobe to view/print the form with values visible.
