Payroll Operations is responsible for paying all students, faculty, administrators, and staff for Loyola University Maryland. The mission of this office is to ensure that all employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner, while meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements. Our team is committed to upholding the Jesuit ideals of this institution and to provide excellent service to our community, while focusing on future process and service improvements.

2025 W-2s are Available in Workday and ADP

Workday

To view your W-2 for 2025, login to Inside Loyola and select Workday under Resources for Employees. After signing in, select the Menu on the top left of the page, then select Benefits and Pay under the Personal header. Select Tax under the Pay menu. View and/or print your W-2 on the Pay Hub - Worker Tax Information page.

ADP

For the upcoming tax season, anticipate receiving your W-2 no later than January 31st. Keep an eye out for a Loyola Today announcement!
