Student Administrative Services

Student Administrative Services is the primary financial office center for students, parents, and the Loyola University Maryland community of faculty, staff, and administrators. Our principal focus encompasses the monitoring of both undergraduate and graduate student tuition accounts, as well as employee activity accounts.

Some of our other financial and administrative duties include:

  • The issuance of the Loyola Evergreen Card (ID Card)
  • Administration of Evergreen and Declining Balance Accounts
  • Housing deposits for Student Life
  • McCrossin emergency loans
  • Parking registrations

SAS Services

New WebAdvisor for Parents Instructions

Access to your student’s account has been moved to our new Self-Service module. 

To access the student’s account information, you will still login to WebAdvisor as you have been and click on the Parent’s menu item.

Spring Parking Registration

Students may register for spring 2019 parking via the parking registration form.  Parking stickers/hangtags can be picked up in SAS the following business day after 12:00.  

Spring Meal Plan Changes

Students wishing to change their meal plan for Spring, can submit a request via the Meal Plan Change Request Form
Once the request is submitted, the change will be made within five business days. 
Students will receive a confirmation email from Student Life and they can also confirm the change by checking their student account. 

Students who are coming back from abroad, returning from leave, or coming in as a new transfer student for Spring, must make their changes via the Housing Portal by going back into their Spring 2019 Housing Application. 

Meal plan changes can be made using this form up until 3:00pm on Friday, January 18, 2019.

Fall Semester Waivers

Visit First Student to waive out of or more information regarding the University's student health insurance plan.  The waiver process will open from 6/8/18 to 8/31/18

Visit Dewar to waive out of or more information regarding the Tuition Refund Plan.  The waiver will open from 6/15/18 to 9/15/18.  

Incoming Student Orientation

Parent Orientation presentation and booklet by Financial Aid and SAS.

Use the Bill Calculator to project an estimated bill for the academic year.
