Student Administrative Services is the primary financial office center for students, parents, and the Loyola University Maryland community of faculty, staff, and administrators. Our principal focus encompasses the monitoring of both undergraduate and graduate student tuition accounts, as well as employee activity accounts.
Some of our other financial and administrative duties include:
- The issuance of the Loyola Evergreen Card (ID Card)
- Administration of Evergreen and Declining Balance Accounts
- Housing deposits for Student Life
- McCrossin emergency loans
- Parking registrations
Fall Semester Waivers
Visit First Student to waive out of or more information regarding the University's student health insurance plan. The waiver process will open from 6/8 to 8/31
Visit Dewar to waive out of or more information regarding the Tuition Refund Plan. The waiver will open from 6/15 to 9/15.

New WebAdvisor for Parents Instructions
Access to your student’s account has been moved to our new Self-Service module.
To access the student’s account information, you will still login to WebAdvisor as you have been and click on the Parent’s menu item.

Students may register for 2019-2020 parking via the parking registration form. Parking stickers/hangtags will be mailed out in August.
Meal Plan Changes
Students wishing to change their meal plan can do so through the RoomRez Housing Portal on Inside Loyola.
