Graduate Health Insurance

Here is a brief overview of the Loyola-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan for the academic year 2015/2016. Information can be found on www.firststudent.com.

Deadline to Enroll is June 1, 2016

You are eligible to voluntarily enroll in the Loyola-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan if you are a full-time or part-time graduate student in a degree seeking program taking at least 6 credits. Graduate students taking less than 6 credit hours are eligible if they are in a degree-seeking program and taking coursework to complete their degree with the University for the current policy year.

To Enroll in the plan, please complete the application below. Once this application is submitted, a representative of RCM&D will follow up with you regarding registration instructions.

The Summer rate for the 2015-16 Loyola-sponsored Student Health Insurance Health Plan is:

• Summer only - $458 (5/1/16 – 8/14/16)

We expect that you will have a healthy year, but we strongly recommend that you make an informed decision about your health insurance coverage while you are a student at Loyola University Maryland.
